The San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP) is only about 16 miles away. You can easily reach the hotel by car, public transportation, or rideshare. The trip usually takes about 25 minutes.

There’s so much to see nearby! Head north to Cayucos, Cambria, Harmony, or San Simeon, or take a short drive south to San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, or Arroyo Grande. Each Central Coast town offers its own unique charm, from surf spots to wineries to family-friendly attractions.

Yes, certain rooms do feature full or partial ocean views and a view of Morro Rock. When making a reservation, please be sure to select a room that advertises a view in the room name. 

No, we do not have an on-site guest laundry, but several laundromats are located just a few blocks away.

Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted to stay within the rooms or within guest vehicles. Any signs of a pet within the room (i.e. crates, pet hair, etc.) will result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest. We recommend guests traveling with pets to stay at the various other hotels in Morro Bay that accept pets. 

Yes, as required by ADA regulations, the property is ADA compliant and does accept service animals. 

Breakfast isn’t provided, but there are many great local cafés just minutes away. Popular choices include Dorn’s Breakers Café and Carla’s Country Kitchen.

No, unfortunately we don’t have a pool, hot tub or spa. Guests are encouraged to explore Morro Bay and visit the beach for fun day in the water! Beach access is a enjoyable 20-minute walk along the waterfront.

Yes, we do have ADA rooms located on the ground floor. These rooms include wide door openings, accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers, and ADA-compliant parking is provided on-site. Please book an "Accessible" room type online to guarantee these features.

Please bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and the credit/debit card used for booking. Both must be physically presented in person at check-in. Pictures of either the ID or credit/debit card will not be accepted at check-in. 

We accept cash payment as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily. The office closes at 10:00 PM, so please contact us in advance if you will be arriving later. Guests who do not reach out in advance will be marked as no-show and applicable cancellation fees will apply.

The check-out time is at 11:00 AM PST on the day of check-out.

We offer express check-out! Simply drop your key in the drop box near the office door. Instructions will be provided again at check-in for your convenience.

The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 3 PM on the day of arrival (Pacific Standard Time). For example, if you have a reservation for June 15th, the reservation needs to be cancelled before 3 PM on June 12th to avoid cancellation penalties. 

Cancellations within the 72-hour window are subject to a one night including all applicable taxes and fees per room. This cancellation policy is applicable for reservations made directly through our hotel website. Third-party bookings will follow the cancellation policy of the booking site 

To cancel a reservation made through the direct hotel website, click on the “Reservations” button in the top right corner of the home page. The next page will have a “Cancel Bookings” option in the top right corner. Simply enter your reservation number and email address and then press the “Cancel Booking” button to cancel the reservation. You may also call the hotel directly at 805-772-4495 to request a cancellation or confirm that the reservation has been cancelled. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be requested by email.

No, we do not have the ability to cancel or modify reservations from a third-party websites. If you booked through sites like Booking.com, Expedia, or Hotels.com, please contact them directly to modify or cancel your reservation.

Yes! Free on-site parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. There’s also plenty of nearby street parking with 72-hour limits.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to all guests throughout the property.

Yes, the entire property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. In order ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay, guests are directed to smoke along the sidewalk of the property and away from the office and rooms. If there are signs of smoking or smells in the room, the guest will be charged applicable cleaning fees. 

Hearst Castle is about 30 miles north in San Simeon and roughly a 45–50 minute scenic drive along Highway 1. It’s one of the most popular day trips from Morro Bay.

Albertsons on Quintana Road is just five minutes away by car, and Boatyard Marketplace on the Embarcadero offers snacks and basic items within walking distance.

We consider a group to be a reservation of 6 rooms or more. For any group reservations, we request that you contact us directly or use the form that is spawned when you select 6+ rooms in the Check Availability function above.
Yes. However, our hotel will only recognize a credit card on which the authorized payee’s name is clearly present and visible, copy of the payee’s identification and a credit card authorization form is completed and faxed back to our property. You can contact us for the Credit Card Authorization Form and for further instructions if your reservation will have a third party payee.
